Pastor Joy - Welcome
Our Christian faith has it’s roots in Judaism from the Hebrew people who
gave us the Law and the Bible. We choose to honor and give thanks to Israel .
The Old Testament is an account of a Nation.
The New Testament is an account of a MAN.
The Nation was founded and nurtured of God to bring THE Man into the world.

Narrator: God Himself became a Man, to give mankind a concrete, definite,
tangible idea of what kind of Person to think of when we think of God. God is
like Jesus. Jesus was God incarnate in human form.
His appearance on the earth is the Central Event of all history. The Old
Testament sets the stage for it. The New Testament describes it.
As a Man, He lived the most strangely Beautiful Life ever known He was the
Kindest, Tenderest, Gentlest, most Patient, most Sympathetic man that ever
lived. He Loved people. He hated to see people in trouble. He loved to Forgive.
He loved to Help. He wrought marvelous miracles to feed hungry people. For
relieving the suffering He forgot to take food for himself. Multitudes, weary ,
painridden, and heart-sick, came to Him, and found healing and relief. It is
said of Him, and of no other, that if all the deeds of Kindness that He did were
written, the world would not contain the books . That is the kind of man Jesus
was. That is the kind of Person God is.

INTRODUCTION by Apostle John – the one Jesus loved.
I wrote the book of John for the purpose of proving conclusively that Jesus
is the Son of God and that all who believe in him will have eternal life. This
play is taken from the Gospel of John.
My name is John, the apostle, son of Zebedee, brother of James, called
"Son of Thunder."
I wrote this book to new Christians and searching non-Christians about
A.D.85-90. I recorded eight miracles and is the only gospel that records the
"Upper Room Discourse." Every chapter Jesus’ deity is revealed. In
this play you will see only some of the titles given to Jesus such as Lamb of
God and the true Bread. Included is the greatest sign, the resurrection. We have
included a stirring eyewitness account of finding the empty tomb. I hope as you
see this play if you haven’t already done so,
Commit yourself to believe and follow him.
